About Our Practice
Your First Visit
Your relationship with Dr. McCauley begins with a complete medical history review and dental evaluation. A series of current radiographs (x-rays) are necessary for a comprehensive dental evaluation. For our patients undergoing surgical procedures or those requiring IV anesthesia, a pre-operative appointment is necessary to review medical history, obtain baseline vital signs (BP, pulse, heart rhythm, etc.) draw blood for lab analysis and consult with your treating physician, it may be necessary to obtain medical clearance before comprehensive work can begin.
At this consultation or pre-operative appointment, it is important to communicate opening with Dr. McCauley and Beverly, the surgical coordinator. It helps them to evaluate and appreciate any special concerns. By reviewing the radiographs and performing a detailed clinical examination, Dr. McCauley can provide treatment options and limitation, and explain advantages or disadvantages of the proposed treatment options. As a Dental Professional, Dr. McCauley has established a terrific reputation for his candor, honesty, and expertise.
A written estimate of the proposed treatment options will be provided at this consultation appointment. Beverly will discuss fees, coordinate appointments and provide a written summary for you to review. The staff will also provide you with additional take-home information explaining the various procedures.

While we all function as a team, each member has specific responsibilities. Beverly, the Office Manager, acquaints you with our office policies and reviews financial matters. Katherine, our Surgical Assistant will try to schedule your appointments to accommodate your request. She will also try to notify you in the event of unexpected scheduling changes. Michelle, a licensed paramedic, and registered nurse assists with preoperative physical examinations and patient monitoring during surgery and recovery. Our Hygienist, Lisa will provide you with the best possible maintenance program uniquely tailored to achieve optimal oral health. Our dental assistants are also highly qualified and experienced to provide you with the best possible care.
Beverly Annabel – Office Coordinator
I have been in the dental field for 30 years. I have been a professional dental consultant since opening my own company in 1994. I have represented over 300 dentists during my career and managed multiple group practices. I enjoy staff training and mentoring. I have been with Dr. Mark McCauley’s professional team since November 2011. I am the Office Coordinator and enjoy welcoming all of our patients personally each day. I’m delighted to assist our patients with any and all questions regarding treatment, insurance, patient financing and appointment scheduling.
Sherry Pino – Dental Hygienist
I attended Palm Beach State College and have been practicing dental hygiene in the area for 25yrs. I was invited to join Dr. McCauley’s team January 2017. I enjoy building personal relationships with my patients that are centered around educating and motivating them towards an optimum state of oral health. I pride myself in having strong clinical skills and the ability to relate to my patients. It is a pleasure being part of a friendly and caring team with the mutual goal of providing superior patient care.
Diana “D” – Dental Assistant
I have been a member of our dental team for over four years. I have over 36 years experience in the dental field. I have skills in all areas of dental treatment including iv sedation, root canal therapy, dental implants, all realms of oral surgery and cosmetic reconstruction. I excel in making you, our valued patients feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment you arrive and receive treatment. I take pride in contacting all of my patients each evening to check on them and make sure they had a positive experience, and answer any questions that they may have. I try to give each patient a feeling like they are a family member. I excel in customer care and service.
Vicki Crosby – Dental Assistant
I was the rare child who always enjoyed going to the dentist. My genuine concern for others mixed with the knowledge of the importance of healthy teeth, eventually led me down the career path of becoming a dental assistant. Each day I strive to build relationships with my patients and finds their trust the most important and rewarding part of my job. My job provides new and rewarding experiences every day and offers me another opportunity to ensure my patients always feel comfortable and leave happy. I bring to our office 30 years of experience working with a most prominent dental office in Upstate New York for my training. I continue working under the guidance of Dr. Mark McCauley as his dental technician/ assistant.
Office Hours & Appointments
We try our best to stay on schedule, but the nature of surgery does not always permit us to do so. We will make every effort to call and notify you if we are running late. Please feel free to call and confirm your appointment with our Delray Beach dental office. Regular office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Please call 561-272-8555.
