I love this office! Every time I visit everyone is so pleasant and helpful and my cleanings are very thorough. But I have to give some special praise to Beverly Annabel!! Talk about going above and beyond!! My son needed oral surgery and.was working in a very tight time frame with insurance coverage. She worked her magic to turn no openings at the hospital into a successful procedure completed and covered! We are beyond grateful!'I highly recommend Dr. McCauley and his fabulous staff!!

I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted, and I couldn't have gone to a better office. Unfortunately, my bottom teeth were too close to a nerve, so they had to refer me to somebody else. Even still, Beverly at the front desk stayed involved in my case and personally advocated for me to expedite the surgery before my insurance ran out. Beverly, thank you so much, I'm so very grateful to you. Highly recommend this place.

Dr. McCauley and staff are the BEST! This dentist office hands down gets 5 stars for their excellent customer service! I chipped my tooth this morning after biting into a frozen piece of chocolate and Beverly was soooo sweet, nice, and genuinely concerned about my issue that she resourcefully squeezed me in for a last minute appointment although they were packed. Once I arrived, I was assisted by Michelle who gently took X-rays of my tooth and comforted me as I nervously explained what happened. Luckily she advised it was treatable with some bonding material and that was that! A scary, nerve wrecking story, turned into a happy smile 😃 Thank you Dr. McCauley and staff!!!!!

I went to 5 specialized dentists. Dr. McCauley & his staff are without a doubt the BEST in Florida. EXPERTS who are warm & caring. Smiles are frequent which is necessary when one has,a fear of the dentist ! Michelle & Beverly are AWESOME. I had serious dental issues requiring massive surgery & Dr. McCauley definitely has a surgeons hands. Gentle & precise. My healing was great. I will never go to another dentist. Dr. McCauley & his staff are way above the rest.

5 Stars for a very professional and courteous staff. My story is... I had a overlay come loose and pop off over the weekend. The overlay was installed by another dentist out of state. Called into the office Monday about 1130am, was in the chair by 1230 and out the door by 130 with it totally repaired. No insurance and an extremely affordable price. I've been looking for a new dentist since moving to Delray Beach 2 years ago. I really hate going to the dentist, so it took a lot of nerve for me to call the office. When I did I was delighted to talk to Beverly, she immediately made me feel comfortable and made me an appointment for my toothache. What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked through the door I felt right at home. They explained what was wrong with my tooth, and even managed to work me into the schedule and fix my tooth at the same time! Dr. McCauley was so gentle and professional! I will make this my new dental office and tell all of my friends who need a GREAT local dentist!

First time visit with Dr. McCauley and my initial impression of the office, staff and doctor's consultation is outstanding! As a former Special Forces medic with advanced medical training and experience, I can be very critical regarding healthcare professionals. Dr McCauley, also a veteran of the US Army, was extremely comprehensive in his consultation and advice with a very caring patient-centric attitude. If you have had poor dental experiences give Dr. McCauley and his team a chance. I think you will walk away as I did, impressed!

Highest degree of professionalism and personal care; from Beverly at the front desk to Vicky, Diana, and "the Doc". I am happy to be part of the family. When I was young the words "root canal" were code for torture. Not any more, if any dentist deserves the nickname "Painless" it is Dr. McCauley. Adding to my great relief was the doctor's assistant Diana whose assurances and comforting touch and words were a great de-stressor.

Dr. McCauley and his staff were amazing! I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and was petrified. Diana and Kim were so comforting. Diana was assisting throughout the whole procedure and made the experience less terrifying. Very professional and kind. Thank you!!!

Dr. McCauley and his hygienist D were so very kind and professional during my recent visit! D was very sweet and we had a lot in common. She made me comfortable and we laughed together as I waited for the doctor and the anesthetic to take effect, which is normally a very anxious time for me. I'm very impressed with the McCauley Dental group and wanted to write a positive review. I came as a new patient with many concerns about extensive dental work that I was needing. The staff at the McCauley Dental was amazing, especially Beverly and Kim, who were caring, friendly and very professional and eased my concerns about my upcoming dental work. Dr. McCawley and his team are the best! He is a great dentist and has made my dental implant surgery easy-breezy. He also has a great personality! Beverly and Vicki are also great! I have to say that I'm very grateful to Diane, too, who has been at my side for two procedures. She explains everything to expect and calms me and has been almost like a coach helping me pain-free and comfortable. She's a truly stellar nurse/assistant!!!

I had an emergency and Dr. McCauley returned my call within 20 minutes in the evening. I was able to come in the next morning and get the issue taken care of before work. Beverly and Sherry were great! They took care of me right away and did a great job. The office is very clean and efficiently run.

My first visit and I was very pleased with the office. The staff are extremely personable. It is very obvious how much they care about their patients. And the bourbon bar in the lobby is a definite plus!

I can't say enough about this office. I walked in off the street 2 days before Thanksgiving, never having been there. I had toothache, Kim took me right in to X-ray the problem, gave me appt for next day so Dr McCauley could work on it. Explained everything thoroughly. Gave me antibiotic. She was fabulous. Next morning @ 8am, Dr. extracted bad tooth, never felt a thing. Diana working with him was super. I've never been so comfortable with a DDS or his staff in forever. At 9pm Diana called from her home to check on me, the nicest thing anyone has ever done. This was the best dental experience I've ever had & outside of the follow-ups, this will definitely be the place I go to. It is a pleasure to walk into the office & feel "welcomed"

Dr. McCauley put in seven implants. It took some time but the results were fantastic. They look great and I can eat without any issues. It is like having my own teeth. Thank you. Had more work done yesterday 11/28/18 and the results were perfect. My teeth and smile look better than ever. Want to say thanks to the dental assistant for her professionalism and concern for me during the whole process, and thank again to Dr. Mccauley. I would give this Dental operation 10 stars if allowed.

I just had a consultation with Dr McCauley and I have never experienced such an amazing office staff or customer service. Bev and Kim were BEYOND nice and helpful. I received a great welcome gift bag full of goodies and I am pretty sure the dentist chairs were the most comfortable chairs I have ever laid on. I didn't want to get back up! ha! It's nice to finally find a dentist office that cares about you and your needs and wants to make you feel comfortable.

Highly impressed with the staff and Dr. McCauley that treats you like family even upon your first visit. Right up front, Kim and the other receptionists immediately welcomed me with a gift bag (containing a large bottle of mouth wash among other dental hygiene products) and Diana was very kind and helpful during my initial x-ray scan. Dr. McCauley and Diana expertly operated on me, removing two quite difficult teeth, and replacing them with a bone graph, sewing them up in all under 2 hours. The skill and expertise of this dentistry is unparalleled and I hope to come back again soon.

I just had my first visit here. I had a really wonderful experience. Bev made me feel truly welcome, especially at 8:00 in the morning. Sherry took care of my teeth. This doctor literally saved my wife's sanity. He rescued a botched job from another dentist. My wife has had three surgeries to hold implants on the top. We switched to Dr. M after the third surgery and he has made my wife feel like a princess again. There are no other dentists that could have worked miracles like him and his staff are the absolute kindest, most compassionate and most competent staff ever. Vicky, Kim and Beverly rock our world!

I met & saw Dr. McCauley & his staff for the first time in 2018. I love all of them. It was the most pleasant experience. I was really nervous due to past experiences with less caring & corrupt dentists. The staff & the doctor are very caring & attentive. They explained every detail of what was to be done. They went over every detail of the xrays they had taken. I had my first crown ever & he did 2 for a really great & competitive price. I can’t express how pleased I was with my complete experience. I was referred by my dad who researched quite a bit before choosing this practice. We are both very satisfied customers. I have made some referrals also. I am hoping my friends took me up on visiting his practice. I highly recommend Dr. McCauley & his staff. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to Dr. McCauley for years and trust him and his staff completely for excellent dental care. His dental hygienist is thorough and gentle. His office staff is competent and caring, especially Beverly Annabel. 1/28/19 I have just had two crowns implanted and his work is excellent and he and his staff is so caring.

Doctor Wonderful! I just finished having 3 crowns done all at one time and didn't feel ANY pain or discomfort. All the staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Overall, it was my best dentist experience ever and that covers 72 years.

Great organized staff, thx for getting me in for my much needed root canal, love Kim, Beverly and Sherry too. Nice having no pain. From my first contact with the office speaking with Beverly, to the super nice dental assistant Michele, to Dr. McCauley, the experience was simply amazing! I have always been scared of going to the dentist and have avoided it most of my life. I get overwhelmed with with the amount of work that my teeth need, the cost, and the fear of not being numb enough during the procedures. I would always leave the dentist office crying and too scared to go back. Finally, I was in so much pain and had no choice but to go, I asked around for a good dentist and a couple friends suggested Dr. McCauley. From the first moment I walked in I had the biggest welcoming from the staff! They could tell I was nervous and they did everything they could to help me relax. Dr. McCauley is incredible, I know when I go I'm in good hands. He definitely has a southern hospitality trait that you cant help but to love! His staff always checks in with me the day after and I can tell that they really care. Now even my husband goes to him! Diana always makes sure that I'm comfortable during procedures, and every single staff member has gone out of their way to help. It is such a relief to have finally found the perfect dentist. I highly recommend the office of Dr. McCauley, they're the best!!!

Overall always a great experience when I come here. They are extremely welcoming at the front and always make you feel special even walking through the door at 8:30am. Beverly is wonderful with scheduling as I had to change a couple of times and she still managed to get me in where I was needed. Also she was extremely kind on the phone. Sherry always makes my day and does a wonderful job at her job making you feel special even when being at the dentist. Highly recommend this place to whoever is looking for a caring dentist.

Today I had a panic attack when my upper dental bridge broke. I found that Dr McCauley offered that type of repair work so I called and was greeted with a very caring, kind receptionist named Beverly who assured me they would do all they could to fix the problem temporarily. Much to my delight his assistant Vicki took the time to assess the situation and "put me back together again". They are my favorite people of the month :-). Thank you ladies. You both really cared and I appreciate it!

This dentist office is a great find! Dr. McCauley and his team are highly skilled professionals who bring many years of experience to the practice. They are also very caring. I was pleased to work closely with Diana (outstanding surgical assistant) who actually calls in the evening to see how you're feeling after a procedure. Kim (X-ray specialist) is likewise very helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this office.
